We employ quantitative and/or qualitative methods as appropriate to collect and analyze data from organizational members. We provide organizational leaders with actionable results with regard to how the organization is communicating effectively and where potential problem areas exist. Example data collection methods include Questionnaires, Focus Groups, Structured/Unstructured Interviews, and Ethnographic Observation.
Communication Planning & Design Services improve organizational functioning by designing effective communication practices for the organization.
Through the use of existing or newly collected data, we design and implement communication plans and practices within the organization. These changes to communication practices are usually made to achieve specific communication goals, examples of which might include: Reducing Employee Turnover, Aligning Organizational Structure with Communication Structure, Improving Accurate Upwards Feedback and Information Flow.
Communication Skills Training Services are individual, small group, or large group workshops that train organizational members in effective communication practices.
These trainings include some combination of presentation or skills practice (in small groups or individually) depending on audience size, available time, space, and equipment. Example topics include: Empathic Listening, Giving Effective Feedback, Effective Nonverbal Behavior, Communicating with Intercultural Sensitivity, and Mastering Public Speaking.
